The excavator swing motor, as the core actuator of hydraulic

piston motor as an example, its operating pressure range typically
spans 25-35MPa with displacement specifications covering
80-500cc/r, capable of delivering up to 3000Nm torque. The
integrated cross roller bearing design enables axial load capacity
exceeding 50kN, while achieving stepless rotation speed regulation
from 0-12rpm. Utilizing a 9-piston symmetrical configuration,
volumetric efficiency reaches over 97%, complemented by
dual-channel flushing valves maintaining oil temperature below 65℃.
Latest models incorporate pressure compensators and LUDV control
systems, enabling demand-based flow distribution with 18% energy
consumption reduction.
