1. If I only know the excavator model, but can not offer parts No., what should I do ?
If possible, you can send us pictures of old products, nameplate or the size for reference.

2. What is the warranty of the parts after I purchased?
The warranty is 6/12 Months based on the item details.

3. How can I pay the order?
We can receive payment through T/T, Western Union, Paypal(for small amount), trade assurance.

4. When will get the items after I place order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we will arrange the goods within 24 hours; if not in stock , we will inform you before placing the order.

5. How can I do if there is something wrong with the items?
First of all , I have confidence in the quality of our products ,if you really found something wrong ,pls provide pictures for us and we will check. After it is confirmed, pls return to us , we will offer the correct item.

6. What is your main products ?
We are specialized in the excavator spare parts, such as travel motor gearbox/ass’y/parts, swing gearbox/ass’y/motor/parts, hydraulic pump assy/parts and gear parts. If you need other excavator parts, we also can supply as your requirements.

Warranty :

1. Warranty Type :

We will replace the product which have quality problem .
2. Warranty Period :
Supply 3-12 months warranty for the products from the date of arrival . Customer should check the items according to the order list after arrival . Contact with us and offer the data , photos of the problem items .
3. You need to pay for the replacement charge for following condition :
* Wrong Order from customer
* Natural Disasters cause the damage
* Error installation
* The machine and reducer work over time and over load
* Lost by any condition
* Human element destroyed
* Corrode with rust during stock and running
* Warranty Expired
4. Others
They are the product easy to be rust away , please wrap them well . We just supply warranty for the products we are producing , except the Bearing , Seal , and some others we mention before order.If there is any problem about the products , installation or maintenance , please contact with us any time . We reserve the rights of final interpretation .
